Smocks For Life
Smocks for Life is a nonprofit organization that meets at St. Peter's the first Tuesday of every month (with the exception of June, July and August) to cut out smocks for breast cancer patients to use during treatment. The colorful, cheerful smocks are designed for comfort and modesty and are provided to patients free of charge. Smocks for Life has distributed more than 700 smocks to women.
Volunteers are needed to help cut out smock fabric and package it into kits. Volunteers also are needed to sew the smocks. Monetary or fabric donations are always appreciated.
