St. Peter’s wants every person and family to feel welcomed, included and loved as they seek to participate in our faith community. Our goal is to ensure that each person is given the opportunity to feel comfortable and successful. We have groups that meet here during the weekdays and nights, as well as Sunday mornings.

Hearts Helping Others (H2O)
Hearts Helping Others (H2O) is a day program that serves adults ages 22 and up who have intellectual and developmental disorders and multiple disabilities. This program will benefit those adults whose disabilities impede them from independently performing daily living skills. Participants engage in recreational and educational activities, including music, communication, and fine and gross motor skills. H2O meets on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Wesley Student Center.
The H2O group visits the Pumpkin Patch.

St. Peter’s Special Needs Ministry has volunteer opportunities available. We need volunteers to help with children and teens on Sundays, either in the special needs Sunday School class or as a mentor/buddy to children who participate in the regular Sunday School classes. This is a great opportunity for the entire family to serve together. No experience is required; you just need a willingness to play with children with special needs so that their parents can have a night of respite. Contact Sarah Morrison at .
