Parents, include your name & Information in this section, not camper’s   

For “Which camp are you registering for?”   
Select “Week 1: June 15-19  

For “Are you attending camp with a United Methodist Church?  
Select “Yes”  

For “Please select your church” 
Scroll and select “Katy, St. Peter’s”  

For “Medication Form”  
Either get forms from their links or from our website  
You can submit, but will need to share a copy with St. Peter’s too.  

For “How is your camper(s) getting to/from camp?”  
Select “Church Bus or Van”  
We will decide on best way to transport at a later date  

For “Would you like to remit your payment now or later?”  
Select either “Pay now” or “Pay later”  
Do not select 3rd option unless you have talked with someone at St. Peter’s about a scholarship
