Facility Use FAQ

Please fill out the form linked below to await approval for your event/meeting. It is important to note that your event is not approved upon submission of the form, and the availability for A/V support will be confirmed separately.

Once you have completed your Facilities Request form, you may fill out a Communications Request form. Please note any communications requests may not be fulfilled if submitted less than 6 weeks prior to the event.

Communications may include one or more of the following at the discretion of the Communications Coordinator: Listing on the Events Page, listing on specified ministry page, weekly scrolling slides, inclusion in the weekly newsletter, Sunday video announcements, bulletins, or other printed materials.
