All children attending VBS or St. Peter's UMC sponsored camps must have a Medical Release form on file prior to camp beginning. Please direct questions to childrensministry@stpkaty.org.
If you have a child checking into the Nursery for Parent's Night Out (PNO) or an off-site Lifegroup, an Off-Campus Release form must be completed before leaving campus. Please direct questions to the Assistant Director of Children's Ministry, Paige Patterson, at ppatterson@stpkaty.org
To check your child(ren) into Children's Ministry programming, we must have a New Family Form filled out that we then use to input your family details. We have printed copies available at all check-in locations at both campuses, but feel free to print out and bring a completed form with you if you'd like to save a few minutes the first time you check-in.
Scholarships are available for those who feel the cost of joining an event could be preventative. Please fill out the form and send it to asandlin@stpkaty.org to be reviewed by the Children's Ministry Director and Clergy.
All students and adults meeting at the church campus and traveling away for a Student Ministry event must have a medical information form on file with the Student Ministry office. Just one form per school year (August-July) is needed.
